Felix Walk wurde am 22.05.1990 in Neubrandenburg geboren. Bereits im Kinder- und Jugendalter entdeckte er seine Leidenschaft für das kreative Schreiben und erprobte sich an Songtexten und Kurzgeschichten. Sein großer Traum war dabei stets die Publikation eigener Bücher. Mit seinem Erstlingswerk „Die kleine Eins“ gelang ihm dieser Schritt. Die Idee zur Geschichte entstand in der Studienzeit (Early Education – Bildung und Erziehung im Kindesalter) während eines Seminars zur mathematischen Frühbildung von Kindern. In seiner Studienkollegin Marie Reimann (geb. Asmus) fand er die perfekte Illustratorin für seine Geschichte.

„Die kleine Eins“ avanciert immer wieder zum Amazon-Bestseller in den Kategorien „Zahlen für Kinder“ und „Erstes Lesealter“. Sie erfreut sich fortlaufender Beliebtheit, besonders für den Einsatz in Grundschulen. Mit „Die kleine Eins entdeckt das Rechnen“ und „Die kleine Eins erlernt das Rechnen“ erschienen Fortsetzungen der beliebten Kinderbuchreihe. Weitere sind in Planung. Felix Walk ist stolzer Vater einer Tochter und lebt und arbeitet in seiner Heimatstadt Neubrandenburg.

Marie Reimann wurde am 28.12.1990 in Waren/Müritz geboren. 2009 machte sie ihr Abitur. 2012 schloss sie ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung beim Großhandel „Meyer und Simon Getränke GmbH“ erfolgreich ab. Danach entschied sie sich 2013 für ein Studium an der Hochschule Neubrandenburg in der Fachrichtung „Early Education – Bildung und Erziehung im Kindesalter“ und wurde 2016, am Ende ihres Studiums, in der „Kita Sonnenschein“ des Trägers „Jugend- und Sozialwerk gemeinnützige GmbH“ eingestellt. 2018 absolvierte sie berufsbegleitend ein Studium zur Sprachentwicklungsexpertin.

Eines ihrer liebsten Hobbies und eine große Leidenschaft ist das Malen. Es dient sowohl ihrer Kreativität ein Gesicht zu geben, als auch sich auszuleben und zu entspannen. Sie malt seit dem frühen Kindesalter und hat dieses seit der Grundschule intensiviert.

Während des Studiums wurde sie von Felix Walk gebeten, sein Kinderbuch „Die kleine Eins“ zu illustrieren. Daraus entwickelte sich eine dauerhafte Zusammenarbeit.
Marie Reimann ist verheiratet und Mutter einer Tochter.
